73. KRAMERS ERGOT 9 (Fantagraphics) Hoopla
This is a legendary anthology series edited by Sammy Harkham. If I remember correctly, the earlier issues were almost thought of as art objects in themselves, the series even has it's own wikipedia page. This is a later issue published in 2016 by Fantagraphics, slightly oversized with standard color printing.
There are quite a few alternative cartoonists I'm familiar with given some high quality space here. Highlights for me personally include: 14 pages of "Comics & Gags" by Abraham Diaz; "Portal" by Patrick Kyle; interstitial strips by Noel Freibert; "All Our Fuckin' Dead" by Gabriel Corbera; and, the brilliantly weird "The Kanibul Ball" by Lale Westvind.
